EPISODE 4
AUGUST 1ST, 7-10PM
STRANGELOVE | EAST AUSTIN
STRANGELOVE | EAST AUSTIN
The next Din & Juice is going down Friday, August 1st at Strangelove, an East Side coffee and wine bar with all the right vibes. This one's big. We're teaming up with none other than Ali Clem of La Barbecue, the Michelin-starred legends of Austin for a four-course dinner that fuses bold Texas barbecue with fresh, elevated pairings of our wines.
We'll have live music, killer wine, and a crowd you'll actually want to hang with. These nights are always electric. This one might top them all.
Here’s what we’re cooking up for an unforgettable night:
— Four pours of Texas-made wines from Soto Vino and Reddy Vineyards. Each paired to complement the heat, smoke, and soul of this wild summer lineup:
• Lemon Parmesan Sesame Salad
Crisp, bright, and tangy with a nutty crunch — the perfect opener.
• Chipotle Sausage–Stuffed Turkey
Served with creamy queso shells & cheese. Like a holiday in July.
• Japanese Akaushi Beef Chuck Ribs
Finished with a full caviar setup: crème fraîche, red onion, fresh dill, and pearls of salt.
• Summer-Driven Dessert — TBA
Something sweet, seasonal, and maybe a little unexpected.
Tickets are limited and won't last long.
Come hungry, come thirsty, and come ready for one hell of a night.
