We don't really make this one the same way twice. Los Longhorns is a rotating cast of Texas white grapes, given anywhere from a little skin time to a lot of it, depending on what the vintage gives us.

A splash of Black Spanish may show up now and then for a little color and that burnt-orange Texas glow.

Loose rules. Good grapes. No fuss. Just orange wine the Soto way.
